Offered today for your review are 2 RCA 17GW6 Vacuum Tubes with one being labeled 17GW6 / 17DQ6B which is a direct substitute for the 17GW6. These were acquired from the estate of a "Silent key" Ham Radio Operator / audio enthusiast and have been stored in a controlled environment. Both are 5-Pin Beam Power Tubes (Red Label) and are made in USA. One has Dual Side O Getters (the other has Dual Lower D Getters.) Both are direct replacements for the other and both have Grey Ribbed Ported Plates, Rectangular Saw-tooth Spacers and Copper Pillar Supports. Both tested strong on a Precision Tube Master Series 10-12 Tube Tester as shown in the photos.
